Home Depot, Lowe's %26amp; Walmart %26amp; poss K-mart. Even Michaels carrys it as well.. the less expensive place is Walmart, then Michaels then HD %26amp; Lowe's. Depending on how mch u need to seal, u could get away from smaller btls from Michaels or JoAnn Etc or craft stores. The make them as small as 2oz btls on up.
But if u'r planing of painted %26amp; sealing lots of tape.. then try Walmart lst.
